Meeting Schedules
Meeting schedules specific to each committee can be checked in the respective committee page in this section, or in combination with all events through the monthly event calendar .
Meeting information available on-line includes:
- Meeting dates & times throughout the season
- Location - including an on-line map for directions
- Click to add meetings to your Outlook Calendar (vCal Document)
- Contact information
- RSVP on-line - to confirm your attendance
- Meeting details
- Virtual Meeting info - access codes to remotely conference in
- Remind Me - to have an e-mail meeting reminder sent to you
- Send page - to forward meeting info to a friend
Virtual Meetings
Because our members are located throughout New England, it is not always practical or possible to attend meetings in person. Virtual meeting technology is available so committee members can attend via conference calling and web based presentations in the event an in-person presence is not possible.
Specific virtual meeting call-in phone numbers and passwords are listed in the meeting details page accessed through each committee page or the event calendar.
