Program Committee The Program Committee identifies the critical issues facing the construction industry and develops and implements educational programs that address these issues, as well as, provides hard-hitting and probing analysis of major trends facing the industry. Also, when appropriate, the committee recommends and advocates criteria and guidelines to improve the various elements of the building and construction process. The Program Committee meets on the first Friday of the month, at the Construction Institute at 260 Girard Avenue, Hartford, CT, on the University of Hartford’s Asylum Avenue Campus.
