This course will focus on management techniques to develop an efficient and responsible facilities team. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the variety of disciplines and responsibilities required of a modern Facilities Maintenance organization.
Covered: facilities personnel recruiting, training and management; effective work order request and tracking systems, preventative maintenance, custodial services communication, effective contracts, negotiating with vendors, short and long term goals.
Instructor: Bruce Parkin is a business process review consultant & trainer and has over 28 years of experience in maintenance & operations in the service industry.
