Growing Personal and Company Success
Employee retention and company culture are more than just buzz words. In the post-Covid workplace, they are concerns for every successful company. The 2022 AEC Leadership Conference brings experts and attendees together to talk about specific aspects of company culture that align employee success with company success.
This year’s interactive conference features a lively panel discussion, industryREdesign™-inspired breakout sessions, a focused case study, and a group workshop. End the day with a reception, the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues. Grow with fellow attendees or bring your team for companywide growth. Now in its 5th year, The Construction Institute’s AEC Leadership Conference is the preeminent platform for industry professionals and leaders-in-training to exchange hard-won leadership advice and insights while cultivating long-term relationships. This mission-driven curriculum prepares leaders at all levels to handle the unique challenges that our business faces. |
