"We consider the Construction Institute to be our 'partner in training' as we continue to create career development programs for our team. It dovetails with one of our core values which is to 'Learn-Share-Elevate-Together.'" - David A. DeMaio, Pat Munger Construction
What we offer
|
How our program is differentOur professional education programs are created and taught by experienced professionals with a multidisciplinary focus. Every project, from infrastructure to hospitals, major industrial facilities, to a neighborhood school involves a range of project participants, sharing information and moving through the project on varying schedules, each with a different focus. Our teaching includes effective collaboration techniques to ensure project success. It also reflects the reality that success does not stop at the completion of a project but encompasses the successful function of the building, bridge, or other structure.
