Nancy Greenwald has a deep domain expertise and a specialized approach to complex problem-solving in her capacity as a panelist on the American Arbitration Association's Construction and Commercial Industry Panel of Arbitrators as well as its Mediation Panel and on behalf of private clients.
She consults, speaks and writes frequently on best practices in construction project communication, dispute systems design, and construction technology and the law. She also teaches negotiation and conflict resolution skills to a variety of audiences, including corporate executives, governmental organizations, construction project managers and field personnel, lawyers, and students.
Jean Mix has more than 20 years of experience in corporate training and educational services. She has served a variety of clients customizing educational sessions to meet customer needs. Her areas of expertise include corporate communications, change management, negotiation skills, strategic interactions skills, team building, managerial leadership training and executive coaching.
David Jacobs teaches at the University of Hartford. He is retired from Metro-North Railroad and is an experienced senior manager. He was PM on Metro-North’s PECK drawbridge (Bridgeport), reconstruction of Manhattan’s Park Avenue tunnel and rehabilitation of Metro-North’s five movable bridges. Mr. Jacobs was the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers 2019 recipient of their prestigious Benjamin Wright Award. He is currently working as a consultant on the design of the new Metro-North RR vertical lift bridge in Norwalk. He holds a PhD in structural engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Jessica Dodge, a seasoned expert with a decade of experience assisting small businesses, joined Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) in 2022. At CTWM, she heads the innovative Momentum for Business Owners℠ program, guiding entrepreneurs in achieving their goals through strategic planning and collaboration with external advisors. Jessica's background includes leadership roles at Connecticut Innovations and CTNext, where she empowered startups with resources and capital, and her contributions extended to industry panels and university partnerships. She's also engaged in community leadership, serving on the Women’s Leadership Council Steering Committee and co-presiding over her children's school PTO. Residing in West Hartford with her family, Jessica is deeply rooted in Connecticut.
Dr. Tamara B. Smith, PMP, Tamara Smith is an associate vice president at AECOM with 21 years of professional experience in the transportation industry. She is a project management professional, responsible for planning, overseeing and managing various multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion. With a strong understanding of the impact and implications of decisions, she consistently analyzes project issues to make sound, well-informed and objective decisions for her clients. With a passion for giving back to the STEM industry, she is engaged with several professional organizations, including Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) CT Chapter, American Council of Engineering Companies of Connecticut (ACEC/CT), andConference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), CT Chapter. She is the 2022 WTS CT Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership award recipient. She holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Smith mentors at the University of Phoenix, College of Doctoral Studies.
