Certificate Programs
Which Certificate Program is Right for You?
The Construction Institute offers three certificate programs — Project Management, Construction Management, and Facilities Management. Each is 24 hours of online, on-demand training built for professionals with roughly three to ten years of industry experience who want to move up, not start out. Choose based on what you manage: projects, the building process, or the building itself.
Our certificate programs have been developed by seasoned experts to empower you in customizing a training program that aligns with your professional development objectives. By earning a certificate, professionals not only enhance their industry knowledge but also showcase their commitment to personal growth.
How Is this Different From a University Certificate?
University construction management certificates typically run eight months to a year, award college credit, and are built for people entering the field. Ours run 24 hours, are taught entirely by working A/E/C practitioners, and are built for professionals already in the industry who need practical skills and continuing education credit without pausing their careers. Different tools for different jobs — if you need college credit toward a degree, a university program is the right choice. If you need applicable skills, CE credits, and a credential you can finish around a full-time job, that’s what we built.
"I have learned so much already and have been able to implement what I have learned into the field. I have come up with creative solutions to keep schedules on track and improve communication and coordination, and am enjoying building the connection between financial and construction." -Ellie Vancisin, Construction Resources, LLC
