Thank You to Our Collaborating Organizations!
The mission of the Construction Institute is to promote cross-industry collaboration. We practice what we believe. Just as diversity among team members supports creative thinking to design and build beautiful and sustainable structures, the diverse group of associations in our industry each contributes unique value to advancing the industry. Our collaboration takes many forms, from letting each other’s members know about the other organization’s programs, to conversations about best practices, to joint activities. We would like to take a moment to express our appreciation to our collaborators. We are creating the future together.

Train for Leadership
On November 10th and 12th, you can take your leadership to the next level at CI’s Annual AEC Leadership Conference: Discovery, Diversity, & Disruption: Pathway to Your Leadership Growth.
Today, more than ever, leaders are defined by their success in creating inclusive environments and their ability to adapt to short-term and long-term disruptions. The Construction Institute’s 4th Annual AEC Leadership Conference will give you new skills to embrace DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and adapt to disruption. Our speakers include pioneers in DEI and the AEC industry, as well as an internationally known trainer in adaptability.
Each participant will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment and review personalized results. Together, we will dive into 1) how our Strengths help us personally and professionally; 2) how under or overusing our Strengths can be our most troubling weaknesses, and 3) techniques for integrating our unique Strengths into our leadership approach.
