We have secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at the host hotel at a group rate of $179 per night plus applicable fees (currently 6% plus $1.00 per room, per night). The group event rate is available until March 30, 2026, but the available rooms may sell out before March 30. After March 30 (or if the block of rooms sells out), the available hotel rate is at the hotel's discretion.

Each year, the Construction Institute honors one man and one woman within the AEC/O industry for their contributions as role models who mentor and support women and others in the industry and whose personal dedication improves the industry. Learn more about past awardees!
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 Champions of Change. Take a moment to nominate someone who you think exemplifies a Champion of Change. The deadline to submit nominations is close of business on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Please note our updated cancellation policy, reflective of venue and vendor deadlines. Cancellations must be made 10 business days prior to the start of the series in order to be eligible for a refund. If amount is outstanding, the entire amount will still be due to The Construction Institute. Substitutions may be made before the start date of any event. Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather. We reserve the right to cancel due to insufficient enrollment, in which case event fees will be refunded in full.
Recording and Photographic Release
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Construction Institute events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the Construction Institute. No other recording is allowed.

All speakers who submitted a proposal will be notified by October 15, 2025. Please note that all accepted speakers must register for the conference. A discounted speaker rate will be available and announced in Fall 2025. Additionally, CI typically does not offer honoraria to speakers, except in rare cases.
